What You'll Do
In this role, you’ll ensure the conformity of precision machined components through inspection, measurement, and data analysis within Carlson’s quality management system.
What You’ll Get
Weekly pay: Starting at $20/hr - $28/hr, depending on experience

What You’ll Bring To The Table
2-3 years of experience OR related a technical diploma - required
CMM experience (PC-DMIS) - required
Strong GD&T and machining knowledge
SPC understanding
A Day In The Life
Partner with machinists on the floor and production leadership to prevent defects, validate setups, and control processes in real time.
Provide proactive machining support via in-process verification, real-time constructive feedback, and data-driven decision-making to achieve first-time quality and reduce variation.
Develop and execute CMM programs using PC-DMIS, optimize programs for production efficiency, and support reporting and inspection records.
Promote teamwork, open communication, shared accountability, and continuous improvement across machining and quality functions.
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
