Overview
The primary responsibility of this position is to support the daily performance of computer systems for offices in North America and to support the daily operations of proprietary IT tools for dealerships.

This role involves coordinating IT support activities, maintaining network accounts, and tracking IT hardware and software assets.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first point of contact support, resolving user problems using all available tools.

Obtain relevant information to enable escalation of more complex issues to the appropriate IT team.

Log all support requests from emails, calls, and Teams within ServiceNow.

Manage and track IT hardware and software assets.

Support the daily performance of computer systems for North American offices.

Assist with the daily operations of proprietary IT tools for dealerships.

Coordinate IT support activities with North American companies and teams in Japan.

Maintain network accounts for users.

Required Qualifications
Experience:

2+ years of industry experience in an IT Helpdesk or NOC environment.

Technical Skills:

Intermediate skill level with expected knowledge and troubleshooting experience in Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory, basic networking concepts, printers, and laptop hardware.

Soft Skills:

Excellent customer service communication skills, both verbal and written.

Work Environment
This is a hybrid position requiring three days onsite in Franklin, TN, and allowing two days of remote work.

Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $20.00 and $20.50 per hour. Further details on benefits will be provided to eligible candidates.
