Job Description
Prominent Plaintiffs' Medical Malpractice & Personal Injury law firm has an immediate opening for a
Paralegal
with 2+ years of experience to join their team in Farmington Hills, Michigan. This is a full‑time position that offers a remote hybrid.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Plaintiff-side Medical Malpractice or Personal Injury litigation.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience with:
Working closely with clients through all stages of litigation, from intake through resolution.
Drafting litigation documents, including complaints, affidavits of merit, witness lists, exhibit lists, expert lists, initial disclosures, other discovery requests and routine motions.
Drafting responses to defense discovery requests.
Assisting attorneys in communications with expert witnesses and preparing records for expert review.
Trial preparation, including preparing trial binders, joint final pretrial orders, jury instructions and verdict forms.
Must have experience with Outlook, Word, and Power Point. Experience with Needles or Neos is a plus!
