This job is ideal for a career IP Prosecution Paralegal.
1 day in office, 4 days remote - salary based on experience - up to 110k
Responsibilities
2-8 years of IP prosecution experience in a law firm leading both local and virtual teams with a deep understanding of Intellectual Property rules and regulations in jurisdictions worldwide
Knowledge of current U.S. prosecution and worldwide patent laws and rules preferred.
Knowledge of USPTO online sites and related websites, including PAIR, EFS and EPAS and related websites preferred.
Detail oriented with a high level of motivation and initiative.
Deep understanding of Intellectual Property rules and regulations.
Experience with IP docketing systems.
Knowledge of current U.S. prosecution and worldwide patent laws and rules.
Familiarity with USPTO online sites and related websites.
