Roitman Legal is seeking a part-time Corporate Paralegal based in Las Vegas, NV. This hybrid role allows flexibility for remote work on certain tasks. The Corporate Paralegal will assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents, conduct legal research, support governance activities, and aid in transaction closings related to mergers and acquisitions. Ideal candidates have strong legal knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in corporate legal settings. Paralegal certification is strongly preferred.
