
Litigation Paralegal
LHH, San Diego, CA, United States
A well-established law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its San Diego office. This is a full-time, fully in-office role supporting a collaborative litigation team and offers long-term stability and professional development.
Responsibilities
Draft, revise, and finalize litigation documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery
Manage electronic and paper case files and document organization
Support the discovery process, including preparing requests and responses, summarizing depositions, and organizing productions
Assist with trial and hearing preparation, including exhibits, binders, and logistics
Track court deadlines, maintain case chronologies, and support attorneys with case management tasks
Conduct legal and factual research as needed
Collaborate closely with attorneys and paralegals across teams
Qualifications
5+ years of litigation experience
Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
AA or BA degree, or equivalent legal experience
Salary range: $100,000–$120,000 depending on experience
