Job Summary
The FL Paralegal position will provide our new hire with a uniquely experiential opportunity to immerse themselves in the day-to-day bustle of a prestigious legal group’s Department. The ideal candidate will be a well-organized, proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong desire to progress within our organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Review and organize trial documents

Drafting legal pleadings and file documents with the court

Coordinating with attorneys and the court

Other relevant duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications

Superior oral, verbal, and written communication

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Some legal/banking experience and/or background is preferable

Education

Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred

Associate’s Degree required

Relevant experience may compensate for education

Shift Days - Mondays to Fridays (on site)
Schedule candidates can choose from:

8:00am to 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch

8:30am to 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch

9:00am to 6:00pm with 1 hour lunch

Job Type and Compensation

This is a full-time position operating under standard business hours Mondays to Fridays.
