Job Description
We are seeking an Architect with 4+ years of experience in the design & execution of both new construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate has experience in NYC multifamily affordable housing, along with strong familiarity with local zoning, building codes, and regulatory processes. High proficiency in Revit is required.
This role offers the opportunity to work on projects from concept through construction, in close coordination with the Principals.
