
Litigation Paralegal

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal with at least three years of experience to join our growing law firm in Irvine. This is a fully onsite position supporting attorneys across multiple practice areas, including trust litigation, unlawful detainers (UDs), employment law, and product liability.
Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with case management from inception through trial
Draft, proofread, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery
Manage and organize case files, exhibits, and evidence
Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
Conduct legal research and summarize findings
Handle discovery processes, including document review and production
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Maintain calendars and track deadlines to ensure timely filings
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience in a law firm setting
Hands-on experience with trust litigation, unlawful detainers (UDs), employment law, and/or product liability
Strong knowledge of California court rules and procedures
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
Trial preparation and courtroom experience
