
Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities
Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, discovery, trial, and post-trial activities
Conduct comprehensive legal research and compile relevant case information from a variety of sources
Draft, review, and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests and responses
Organize, maintain, and manage case files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibility
Maintain case management systems and proactively track deadlines and key milestones
Assist with trial preparation, including coordinating witnesses and organizing evidence
Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, and court appearances
Serve as a point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and expert witnesses
Summarize depositions, interrogatories, medical records, and other case materials
Attend trials and provide in-court support to attorneys as needed
Ensure compliance with applicable court rules, procedures, and filing requirements
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on plaintiff-side litigation
Ability to work onsite full-time
Proven ability to independently manage case files with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and empathy
