Alarm Monitoring Operator – 2nd Shift
Full‑time opportunity. Starting pay is $15 per hour with an additional $1 per hour shift premium for hours worked between 6pm-6am.
Location: 7241 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc, Michigan.
Shift & Hours
Second shift, 2 pm – 10 pm. Expect to work 32–40 hours per week.
Working weekends and holidays is required. Open availability throughout the week is a plus.
Responsibilities
Monitor commercial and some residential alarm systems and confirm alarms.
Notify clients of verified alarms and cooperate with them to provide solutions.
Dispatch police and fire authorities when verified alarms are presented.
Follow company protocols and standard operating procedures.
Maintain a calm, empathetic, and supportive demeanor while handling alarms.
No industry experience is required; a 4–6 week paid training program will be provided.
Required Skills & Experience
Demonstrated commitment to high standards and customer‑service excellence.
Advanced phone skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong data entry/keyboarding skills.
Capacity to remain calm, empathetic, and detail‑focused under pressure.
Ability to follow company protocols and standard operating procedures.
Desire to exceed expectations and make a difference for customers and the community.

Qualifications
18 years of age or older with a high‑school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
1–2 years of customer‑support related experience.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (MS365 a plus).
