What You’ll Do
Transport materials and parts to and from production lines to maintain uninterrupted operations
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently to support inbound and outbound logistics
Stack and unstack materials in designated areas while maintaining organization and accessibility
Perform general housekeeping to keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant
Respond promptly to radio calls and operational requests from supervisors or team members
Monitor and manage inventory levels of fixtures and production materials
Support production teams by ensuring tools, parts, and materials are readily available
Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or workflow disruptions to supervision immediately
Follow all OSHA regulations and MPW safety procedures during daily operations
Assist with additional tasks or assignments as directed by leadership
Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with coworkers and customer personnel
Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by supporting efficient and accurate production flow
What You’ll Need
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some high school education acceptable
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of tools or equipment preferred
Forklift, receiving, or basic computer experience is a plus but not required
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly, with or without accommodation
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, typically 8–12 hour shifts
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and reaching
Ability to work in industrial environments with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and varying temperatures while wearing required PPE
Ability to climb stairs and work in or around confined spaces as needed
Ability to wear respiratory protection when required for specific tasks or environments
