Domino's Customer Service Representative
Provide exceptional service, make pizzas, and maintain store operations. This position is ideal for students, part‑time or full‑time workers looking for a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
Take orders over the phone and in person
Handle customer concerns
Cash handling and making correct monetary change
Upselling to increase sales
Produce high‑quality pizzas, including dough handling and toppings
Control food portions and ensure quality standards
Maintain hygiene and food safety protocols
Prepare food items as needed for service
Perform general cleaning duties
General Job Duties
Operate all equipment in the store
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
Prepare products for service
Receive and process telephone orders
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
Clean equipment and facility daily
Communication Skills
Comprehend and give correct written instructions
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers, process orders over the phone and in person
Essential Functions & Skills
Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Make correct monetary change
Use verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Coordinate eye‑hand movements rapidly and accurately to make precise movements
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Push trays on dollies (24–30 trays, up to 7.5 pounds force)
Pull trays when necessary
Climbing
Infrequently navigate stairs or climb ladders to change prices on signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance
Stooping/Bending
Perform forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station (30–45 seconds repeatedly during the day)
Occasional lateral knee flexion while standing at the station
Forward bending also at the front counter and when stocking ingredients
Crouching/Squatting
Occasional crouching and squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas
Reaching
Continuous reaching that includes up, down, and forward motions
Hand Tasks
Consistent eye‑hand coordination and use of hands throughout the day
Use of one or both hands for frequent activities
Shape pizza dough requiring frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists
