Purpose
The primary objective of this position is to provide financial business support to Intercontinental Finance & Immunology Commercial Leadership. This position will support reporting and analysis related to LRP, Plan, Update, LBE and Actuals, decision‑making support, and recommendations to senior management. The incumbent will collaborate cross‑functionally and cross‑geographically, focusing on 6 LBUs and supporting 3 regions. Immunology Intercontinental Business is $3.2B (2026).

Responsibilities

Strategic partner for Immunology Intercontinental Directors and their reports – provide clear and concise reporting for ACT, LBE, PLN, and LRP, both financial and commercial data.

Financial Planning Cycles ACT / LBE / PLN / LRP:

Drive monthly ACT & LBE and annual Plan and LRP as required, including Sales, HC, and P&L.

Track actual sales performance and dynamics, understand main drivers, key changes, and market dynamics. Provide financial analysis and monthly sales reports.

Active participation in the reviews of PLN and LRP cycles with analysis consolidation, submission of reports and book.

Partner with Intercontinental Finance Leadership Team and Intercontinental Immunology Commercial Directors in the elaboration of the Immunology Slides for Intercontinental book.

Intercontinental ownership and guidance on ACT & LBE / PLN / LRP Power BI dashboards:

Provide robust business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, and commercial data visualizations in Power BI.

Develop, maintain, improve, customize, roll‑out, and maintain the dashboards essential for the INTERCON Immunology Commercial Model.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.

Utilize advanced analytics to extract actionable insights from large datasets.

Intercontinental ownership and guidance on CMI (Commercial Model Immunology).

Monthly Area Performance:

Co‑ordinate monthly review preparations, consolidating input from each sub‑team (Derm, Rheum, Gastro), assess and ensure financials are well supported through well‑defended assumptions, including analysis on commercial model support through Power BI tools.

Review and propose opportunities and risks through SHIFT, VGSAM, and Commercial Model Power BI tools.

Support ad hoc analysis as required.

Key Stakeholders
Intercontinental Immunology Finance Business Partner, Intercontinental Finance Leadership Team, Intercontinental 3 TA Commercial Directors (Gastro, Derm, and Rheum) and their reports.

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of progressive Finance/FP&A experience in the pharma industry at different levels (affiliate, region, area, global, or US).

Highly proficient in Business Intelligence solutions and dashboard programming – extensive experience in Power BI preferred.

Ability and desire to proactively search out and evaluate business problems and opportunities.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Candidate should have a business partner mindset.

Fully fluent in English (written, oral, and reading skills) are a priority.

Technical skills and knowledge of systems such as BPC and CMI (Commercial Model Immunology).

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.

Knowledge of the financial planning process.

Enjoys working in a dynamic and diverse environment.
