
Business Analyst

I’m currently hiring for a Systems / Business Analyst II role with a leading enterprise Client supporting a large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys deep analytical work, master data strategy, and working on high-impact ERP transformation projects inside a large corporate environment.
Hybrid — Denver, CO (preferred) or Minneapolis, MN
Tuesday–Thursday onsite | Monday & Friday remote
Standard business hours — typically 7:00–4:00 or 8:00–5:00
Limited travel (1–2 trips per year)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Support a major ERP transformation with a strong focus on master data readiness and governance
Analyze large capital project datasets, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
Review historical and forecasted project data to support final design and testing phases
Map field attributes, hierarchies, and master data into defined enterprise frameworks
Work extensively in Excel across large datasets using lookups, validation, and reconciliation
Support mock data design, testing, validation, and post-go-live HyperCare activities
Partner closely with internal SAP Change, Technology Services, and Project Readiness teams
What We’re Looking For:
5–7 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, data governance, or master data roles
Strong experience handling large and complex enterprise datasets
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, HLOOKUPs, multi-column analysis, cross-sheet validation)
Strong understanding of WBS and master data strategy
SAP ECC experience strongly preferred
Oracle or other large ERP platform experience also considered
SAP Master Data Online tool knowledge is a plus
Ideal Background:
Utilities, energy, manufacturing, or large matrixed enterprise environments
Prior ERP implementation or migration support experience
Someone who thrives in a highly focused, detail-heavy, low-interaction environment
