Job Description:
We are seeking a Systems / Business Analyst II to support a large‑scale ERP transformation, with a strong focus on master data readiness and data governance. This role plays a critical part in preparing data for final design, testing, and post‑implementation (HyperCare) phases of an enterprise system migration from a legacy ERP environment to a modern platform.
This is an internal‑facing role supporting cross‑functional technology and change management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed systems and data analysis to support ERP implementation efforts
Ensure master data is accurate, complete, and aligned with enterprise standards
Partner with internal technology, change, and project teams to support data‑driven decision‑making
Document findings, mappings, and recommendations clearly and consistently
Support testing and data validation activities through the end of HyperCare as needed
Required Skills & Experience
5–7 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, data governance, or master data roles
Proven ability to work with large, complex data sets
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, multi‑column and cross‑sheet analysis)
Working knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and master data concepts
Experience with SAP ECC strongly preferred; experience with Oracle or other large ERP platforms acceptable
Familiarity with SAP master data tools is a plus

Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Analytical and problem‑solving mindset
Comfortable in a quiet, highly focused, low‑interaction role
