Key Responsibilities
Maintain financial records, including job costing, accounts payable, and AIA billing
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and monthly reconciliations
Ensure compliance with construction accounting standards and internal controls
Support audits, tax filings, and project‑based reporting
Partner with leadership to guide financial planning and project profitability
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience as an accountant, ideally within construction or project‑based industries
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
