What You’ll Be Doing
Work through a backlog of unreconciled accounts and bring everything current
Support audit preparation and ensure accuracy of financials
Utilize NetSuite for reporting and reconciliation work
Follow existing SOPs while identifying opportunities for improvement
Operate independently in a fast-moving environment
What We’re Looking For
Strong reconciliation experience (top priority)
Prior audit support or audit prep experience
Comfortable stepping into a cleanup / catch-up environment
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
Experience with complex reconciliations (multi-entity, investments, medical billing, etc.)
Fully onsite in Jacksonville
Business casual office
Structured environment with SOPs and templates already in place
