Job Title: Business Development Manager – West Coast

Reporting To: Head of Sales & Development

Travel Required: Up to 50%

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across the West Coast region. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth within assigned territories.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technical or industrial sales, the ability to build long-term customer relationships, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional business development strategy to achieve sales growth targets

Identify and secure new business opportunities within target industries

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and end users

Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports

Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management

Background in technical, industrial, manufacturing, or wireless/technology solutions preferred

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Ability to work independently and manage a large geographic territory

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Willingness to travel extensively within the West Coast region (up to 50%)
