Job Description
The
Forklift Operator/Material Handler
position performs all tasks involved in the movement of our product materials throughout the warehouses. This position follows standard work methods, practices safe work habits, and ensures product materials are moved safely throughout the warehouse.
Responsibilities
Material handling and warehousing experience, including pick/pull operation, cycle counting, sit‑down and stand‑up forklift operation, or ability to become forklift qualified. Employee will both ship and receive materials and finished products.
Lift and unload heavy pallets, both by hand and by machine, and safely relocate them elsewhere in the warehouse or prepare them for transport.
Fill out inventory lists, crosscheck shipping invoices, and maintain accurate delivery log records for every order.
Maintain safety protocols during the entirety of the shift.
Requirements
Forklift experience preferred.
Mid‑level computer competency required (Excel).
Must have manufacturing background or experience.
Job requires lifting up to 50 pounds.
