Overview
As an Associate Banker, you will provide client support, process account transactions, and work toward sales and service goals while building relationships within the community.

Responsibilities

Work as an individual contributor with clear direction and established processes.

Provide support and service to clients in an environment free from competition.

Deliver detailed, accurate work by adhering to specific guidelines.

Maintain guidelines, structure, and policies while working with others.

Introduce clients to new products, services, and digital solutions.

Process account transactions and assist clients.

Contribute to center‑specific sales and service goals.

Assist other departments as needed and build rapport with clients and associates.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Desired Skills:

Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience.

6+ months of demonstrated sales experience.

Bilingual language skills.

Passionate, self‑starter with strong work ethic.

Ability to educate clients on banking products and digital technologies.

Logical thinking and sound decision making.

Multi‑tasking and time‑management skills.

Computer and software proficiency.

Ability to calculate figures and percentages.

Work Environment

Committed to meritocracy and growth.

Physical demands: ability to lift, push, pull, bend, raise, or hold hands and arms overhead.

May be required to work overtime (no more than 5%).

Flexible scheduling as business needs allow.

This role is eligible for a scorecard‑based incentive plan that can significantly increase overall compensation. Incentives are earned monthly based on performance metrics.
