Our client, a leader in the Life Sciences manufacturing sector, is seeking a Manufacturing IT Transformation Leader to join their team. As a Manufacturing IT Transformation Leader, you will be part of the Digital Transformation Department supporting global manufacturing initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Responsibilities
Serve as a senior advisor to manufacturing, supply chain, and IT leadership, guiding large-scale transformation projects.
Lead or support global manufacturing systems transformations, including MES deployments, EAM transformations, and automation system integrations.
Design and implement future-state manufacturing IT operating models, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Develop deployment models, governance frameworks, and standardization strategies across multiple manufacturing sites worldwide.
Manage risk, ensure business continuity, and oversee data governance during complex separation and carve-out initiatives.
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in manufacturing environments within MedTech, Pharma, or Life Sciences sectors.
Deep understanding of regulated manufacturing environments, including GxP, validation, and traceability.
Proven experience leading manufacturing systems transformations, especially MES, EAM, and OT systems.
Strong knowledge of MES platforms (preferably Siemens Opcenter), EAM platforms (e.g., IBM Maximo), and ERP integrations (SAP ECC/S4).
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, with excellent cross-domain fluency and leadership presence.
