Role Overview
We are searching for a Jr. Design Architect to join our Advanced Facilities Team in Tempe, AZ. In this role you’ll collaborate with our Electronics team to provide award‑winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design‑build project delivery for projects of every scale.

Responsibilities
Design various types of buildings using mainly Revit; plan and program project layouts; coordinate and integrate all other discipline elements into unified design for client review and approval; contribute to conceptual, layout, and detailed designs; perform construction activities, studies, and analyses; support a facility’s entire life cycle from design to maintenance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited architectural program

2+ years of architecture experience

Experience with building codes and specifications

Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, InDesign, basic rendering and publishing programs, and Microsoft Office suite

Must be able to work in the local office or at a local client site and reside within a commutable distance to Tempe/Chandler, AZ (≤ 50 miles) or have plans to relocate

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with semiconductor, life sciences, biopharma, or other advanced facilities

Experience with Bluebeam Revu and Navisworks

Desire to travel

Compensation
Base salary range: $75,000.00 to $110,000.00.
