Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and support Windows-based endpoints across the organization, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security for all user devices
Administer and configure Microsoft Intune for centralized device management, including policy creation, compliance enforcement, and configuration profiles
Provision, configure, enroll, and decommission endpoint devices (laptops, desktops, and peripherals) in accordance with organizational standards and lifecycle policies
Implement and enforce device compliance policies, conditional access, and security baselines through Intune to meet organizational and regulatory requirements
Monitor endpoint health, compliance status, and security posture using Intune and related tools, proactively identifying and remediating issues
Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related issues including operating system errors, application failures, hardware malfunctions, and network/connectivity problems
Provide timely and effective technical support to end users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maintaining high levels of user satisfaction
Deploy, manage, and update software applications, operating system patches, and security updates across all managed devices using Intune and other endpoint management tools
Perform root cause analysis for recurring technical issues and implement long-term solutions to prevent future occurrences
Maintain accurate inventory records of all endpoint devices, including hardware specifications, ownership, lifecycle status, and software licensing
Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure endpoints adhere to cybersecurity best practices, including antivirus, encryption (e.g., BitLocker), and endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions
Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing and configuring devices for new hires and securely wiping and reclaiming devices from departing employees
Document standard operating procedures, configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices related to endpoint management
Assist in developing and improving endpoint management strategies, automation processes, and policy frameworks
Coordinate with vendors and third-party support teams for hardware repairs, warranty claims, and escalated technical issues
Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, industry standards, and audit requirements related to endpoint security and management
Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployment of new technologies related to endpoint management
