Dental Receptionist $23-30/hr + 401k & PTO | Patient-Centered Team

Our friendly, patient-centered dental practice is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist who will also serve as our Treatment Coordinator and Insurance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and assist patients in person and over the phone
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
Present treatment plans in a clear and compassionate manner
Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims
Collect co-pays and manage financial arrangements
Maintain accurate patient records using Softdent software
Support the team with general administrative duties
Qualifications Minimum 6 years of dental front-desk or reception experience
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurance plans, and billing procedures
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with dental practice management software, Softdent is a plus
Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Schedule Tuesday through Friday, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
