Duration
5 Months contract with possible extension
Responsibilities
Perform field service for commercial printers
Travel extensively by plane and/or car, including overnight travel Sunday‑Thursday
Provide on‑site support during normal business hours with potential overtime
Work M‑F 8‑5 with overnight travel and overtime as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of field service experience in commercial printers
Experience with commercial/large printers; Lexmark printer certification is a plus
Electro‑mechanical and printer hardware support skills
Electronics/mechanical aptitude
Working knowledge of Windows OS, networking, databases, and network security concepts and tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook
Travel & Logistics
Must be able to travel extensively by plane and/or car; overnight trips include Sunday‑Thursday; onsite at client locations; travel within a 75‑mile radius of Shakopee; total mileage per day varies by location.
