In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison for customer quality issues, manage quality requirements, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and root cause analysis is essential. This role may require travel up to 25%.
