Onsite Customer Quality Engineer - Lead 8D & CI

Shoals Technologies Group is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer in Portland, Tennessee. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison for customer quality issues, manage quality requirements, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and root cause analysis is essential. This role may require travel up to 25%.
