Youth Climbing Coach: Growth, Community & Competition

Central Rock Gym is seeking a Non-Competitive Coach to create a fun and welcoming environment for youth athletes across various locations in Massachusetts. The role requires strong climbing skills and previous experience with youth athletes. As a coach, you will develop training programs, promote team values, and ensure a positive experience for all participants. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of climbing experience and be available on weekday afternoons and weekends to support competitions.
