Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Fort Wayne, IN, for an experienced Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a broad range of HR activities, including but not limited to recruitment, employee onboarding and engagement, payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and supporting organizational policies. The role includes ensuring accurate recordkeeping, assisting leadership with HR strategies, and maintaining a positive workplace culture through consistent support and communication with staff.
Qualifications
Proficient in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition practices
Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and fostering Employee Engagement
Experience with Payroll Administration, Benefits Management, and Compliance
Proven ability in Policy Implementation, Risk Management, and Organizational Development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Professional certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
Familiarity with HR software systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of applicable labor laws and best practices in HR policies
