Our competitive hourly rate ranges from
$19.25-20.45/hour
depending on experience and licensing. This pay range can result in additional differentials for AMAP certification and driver eligibility.

Responsibilities
As a Direct Support Professional, you will help develop healthy habits and essential daily living skills while teaching our individuals to be more independent in their day-to-day life. Your main duties include caring for adults with developmental disabilities in a team-oriented group home setting, providing direct care including bathing, toiletry, feeding, dressing, and maintaining all aspects of daily living skills to ensure our individuals are properly cared for.
Qualifications
Valid/Clean Driver’s License (Preferred, not required)
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a team
Ability to work in a high paced work environment
