Responsibilities
Global Impact: Shaping recruiting strategies for diverse Business Groups across an international landscape.
Influence & Collaborate: Collaborating closely with HR Professionals & Hiring Managers to understand business needs, while attracting top talent.
Full‑Cycle Recruiting: Driving the entire recruitment process from start to finish, keeping the process on task & ensuring high quality, fast results.
Innovative Sourcing: Developing & implementing strategic, multichannel, proactive sourcing approaches.
Talent Development: Building & managing a robust talent pipeline.
AI: Leverage AI‑enabled tools (e.g., LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, automated messaging, and prompt‑based workflows) to enhance sourcing strategies, improve candidate engagement, and drive recruiting efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates must be located within a commutable distance to our locations in: Plymouth, MI, Durham, NC, or Londonderry, NH.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
8+ years of Technical, Corporate or Manufacturing recruitment experience as a recruiting expert in external recruiting agencies or in-house recruitment.
Fluent professional‑level English and local language skills as needed (verbal and written).
National travel of 10‑15% required.
Networking: Expert at building & maintaining professional relationships.
Proactive: Always a step ahead in sourcing and attracting top candidates.
Collaborative & Consultative: Trusted Advisor to Hiring Managers with an ability to provide insights & recommendations, while collaborating with multiple, varying stakeholders effectively.
Organized: Skilled at managing multiple projects & prioritizing tasks.
Communicative: Clear & concise communication across all levels.
Innovative & Curious Mindset: Willing to experiment with new methods & actively learn about the business you’re supporting.
