The Opportunity

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to help fuel our recruitment engine. As a Sourcer, you’ll identify, engage, and prequalify top candidates to support our Recruiters in building exceptional talent pipelines. You’ll combine research, technology, and proactive outreach to connect high-quality professionals with meaningful opportunities.
You’ll play a critical role in the first stage of the recruiting process, ensuring recruiters spend time with the most qualified and interested candidates.
We’re looking for Talent Sourcer that will quickly be promoted into a Recruiter Career Path program. Responsibilities:
Source top talent using job boards, resume databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal networks.
Craft and send targeted outreach messages to potential candidates (internal database and external market).
Screen and prequalify candidates for basic fit, availability, location, and compensation.
Import and organize candidate data into Bullhorn and ensure records are complete and tagged accurately.
Collaborate with recruiters to prioritize open roles and build proactive pipelines for recurring skill sets.
Track sourcing metrics such as submittal-to-hire ratio, outreach response rates, and talent pool growth.
Assist with job postings, candidate summaries, and recruiter handoffs to ensure smooth transitions in the recruiting process.

Desire to have a career in sales or recruiting
High sense of urgency and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers

Demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, competitive environment
Salary & Benefits

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws,

the pay range for this role is $40,000 - $45,000/yr

and may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This position is eligible for weekly commission, quarterly and annual bonuses predicated on gross margin and finalized in your offer letter.
