About the role
As a Sourcer, you’ll use your expert sourcing skills to identify, engage, and nurture top passive talent, cultivate strong candidate relationships, and partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to influence hiring strategies. You’ll leverage your deep market knowledge to provide insights, design creative sourcing campaigns, and deliver pipelines of exceptional talent for niche roles.

What you’ll be doing

Act as a trusted talent sourcing advisor for Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other cross-functional partners for a major business area/unit.

Provide subject matter expertise on talent market mapping, pipelines, and sourcing strategies within your assigned unit domain expertise.

Creatively and effectively source senior industry talent using advanced passive search techniques and recruiting tools, with pro expertise in one of the following: LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ/Gem, Github, Google Scholar, etc.

Explore AI to automate sourcing workflows, generate market insights, and improve candidate engagement.

Take ownership of a business area/unit hiring to build and nurture long-term candidate and stakeholder relationships while promoting Roku as an employer of choice.

Strive for enthusiastically satisfied clients — both hiring managers and candidates — on every engagement.

We’re excited if you have

Depth and breadth of sourcing experience with extensive track record in highly competitive talent markets.

Blended prior experience working both in-house and in an agency/RPO environment sourcing for technical candidates; corporate & GTM roles is considered a plus.

High proficiency in sourcing and identifying candidates through various tech tools (i.e. LI Recruiter, HireEZ, Gem) and best practices (advanced Boolean, AI supported search, etc).

Experience balancing the demands of stakeholders with the realities of constrained external talent markets.

Experience applying AI to resolve business-relevant challenges.

An eye for detail and a data-driven approach to making sourcing decisions.

Our Hybrid Work Approach
Roku fosters an inclusive and collaborative environment where teams work in the office Monday through Thursday. Fridays are flexible for remote work except for employees whose roles are required to be in the office five days a week or employees who are in offices with a five day in office policy.
