Talent Sourcer in Downtown Miami, FL: The Talent Sourcer partners closely with Recruiters and Talent Acquisition team members to identify, engage, and qualify talent for open roles. This position focuses on proactive sourcing, pipeline development, and candidate outreach to support hiring needs across the business.
Responsibilities
Partner with Recruiters and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other talent channels.
Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through direct outreach.
Screen and qualify candidates to assess skills, experience, and interest level.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Track sourcing activity and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide qualified candidate leads to Recruiters for next steps.
Essential Skills
1–3+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards (Indeed, etc.).
Ability to engage candidates through messaging, email, and phone outreach.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable supporting multiple requisitions and priorities at once.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in stakeholder partnership.
Spanish language skills are beneficial.
Work Environment
The position offers a hybrid work environment with three days in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Fridays are typically remote. The office is accessible for a daily parking fee of $20, with 50% reimbursement provided. The company provides an innovative environment as it builds a space-based cellular broadband network.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
