We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a Recruiter II in Seattle, WA. This will be an 11-month contract role with the potential to extend and/or convert.

Responsibilities

Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and other recruiting channels.

Conduct regular recruiting pipeline initiatives (minimum of three weekly).

Perform phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements.

Manage aspects of the full recruiting lifecycle, including candidate engagement and closing.

Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within the Greenhouse ATS.

Participate in weekly team meetings and collaborate with recruiting partners and stakeholders.

Meet weekly outreach and screening goals while maintaining high-quality candidate experiences.

Demonstrate strong ownership of recruiting processes and outcomes.

Apply critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to develop scalable and efficient recruiting solutions.

Maintain a high level of administrative accuracy and attention to detail across recruiting activities.

Required Qualifications

5–10 years of dedicated recruiting experience, with a heavy focus on technical and software engineering roles.

Proven track record of successfully sourcing and pipelining candidates for highly specialized or “hard-to-fill” technical positions.

A documented history of success in meeting hiring targets (e.g., maintaining a consistent run rate of 2+ hires per month).

Bachelor’s Degree required.

A strong “bias for action” and a results‑driven approach to recruitment.

Ability to navigate complex technical requirements and effectively screen for specific engineering skill sets.

Prior experience in a corporate/in‑house recruiting environment is strongly preferred over agency‑only experience.

Previous experience recruiting within the banking, finance, or large‑scale technology sectors.

Experience managing high‑volume reach‑outs and maintaining a rigorous screening schedule.

Pay Range

Pay range for this position will be $47.47 to $52.47 per hour. Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
