
Recruiter II (Stores)

We currently have an opportunity for a Recruiter II in Seattle, WA or Austin, TX. This will be a 6‑month contract role with the potential to extend.
Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates for a variety of corporate roles (e.g., marketing, sales, program management, business analysis, vendor management, risk).
Conduct phone screens and pre‑screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Manage candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn).
Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics.
Prepare candidates for interviews and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
Conduct candidate outreach and engagement to build strong talent pipelines.
Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow‑ups.
Track and analyze recruiting data to improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes.
Participate in team meetings and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent sourcing.
Experience hiring for corporate roles such as marketing, sales, program management, business analysis, or similar functions.
Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search techniques.
Experience conducting behavioral interviews and coaching candidates through the interview process.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and use data to drive decisions.
Experience working with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Agency recruiting experience is a plus.
Pay Range
$47.47 to $52.47 per hour (rate varies by location, knowledge, skills, and experience; subject to change).
