An established manufacturer is seeking a Human Resources Manager in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, SC area.
7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
3+ years of supervisory experience
Must have experience working in HR for a manufacturer
Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s preferred
PHR or SPHR certification preferred
Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws
Experience auditing HR practices and advising on compliance, process improvements, and risk mitigation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
