In addition to providing counseling from the Ashburn office, Better Morning started off as a certified provider for intensive in‑home and community‑based services (IHCBS) for at‑risk youth in the District of Columbia.

Job Description
The HR Specialist will be responsible for assisting in coordinating recruitment for a variety of clinical positions. Only applicants with prior experience in HR work will be considered.
Responsibilities
Filling positions within the agency.
Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
Scheduling applicants for interviews.
Assists with the interview process, conducting interviews with clinical managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
A minimum of 1 year recruiting/scheduling experience.
A minimum of 1 year in HR field or equivalent work experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
