Location & Shift
Swedesboro, NJ Distribution Facility.
First Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday – Friday with occasional Second Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM support.
Responsibilities
Coordinates and delivers training for new hires, contingent workers, and existing employees.
Ensures training aligns with company standards, safety requirements, and operational processes.
Tracks training completion and supports skill development initiatives and retraining needs.
Serves as a training resource for supervisors and team members while updating training materials as needed.
Performs on‑the‑job training, skills training, and some classroom training in production areas.
Participates in the development and implementation of new training programs and may introduce new processes.
Maintains rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records and may monitor trainees.
Work a minimum of 5 days a week onsite.
Minimum Requirements
Requires a minimum of 4 years of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with the ability to train, coach, and facilitate group sessions.
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. §214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
Nice to Have
Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Strong facilitation and communication skills across multiple learning styles.
Knowledge of safety standards and operational procedures.
Ability to build relationships with Operations leadership and frontline teams.
Comfortable working on the floor in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Willingness to learn new and exciting things.

Benefits & Compensation
Salary ranges for U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) locations: $49,200.00 – $73,800.00.
Eligible for a short‑term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).
