Logistics Assistant
to join our team and support the smooth delivery of logistics services for our clients across multiple regions.
What you’ll do
Assist in planning and coordinating logistics arrangements (travel, accommodation, local transport, shipments)
Support logistics consultants in daily operations and task follow-up
Handle booking updates, changes, and operational requests from clients and stakeholders
Coordinate with service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, venues)
Ensure timely delivery of logistics services for meetings, workshops, and events
Maintain accurate records of bookings, logistics plans, and cost tracking
Support preparation of logistics briefs and coordination documents
Ensure smooth communication between internal teams, experts, and external partners
Who you are
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Good knowledge of MS Office tools; experience with booking systems (e.g. Amadeus) is an advantage
Experience in logistics, travel coordination, or administration is an asset
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong coordination skills
