Events Assistant
to join our team and contribute to the successful planning and execution of workshops, conferences, and high-level meetings.
What you’ll do:
Assist in planning and coordinating events (workshops, conferences, meetings, study visits)
Support preparation of event agendas, participant lists, and coordination materials
Liaise with venues, service providers, and suppliers to ensure smooth event delivery
Support participant communication, including invitations, registrations, and follow-ups
Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements for speakers and participants
Prepare event materials (presentations, badges, agendas, visibility items)
Provide on-site or remote support during events, ensuring smooth coordination
Support post-event activities, including feedback collection and reporting
Ensure compliance with EU visibility and branding requirements
Who you are:
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Proficient in MS Office; experience with event tools/platforms is an advantage
Experience in event organisation, administration, or logistics is an asset
Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
