You’ll collaborate closely with an assigned paralegal and attorney to gather critical evidence that strengthens our clients’ cases as we prepare pivotal litigation milestones.

The Breakdown:
Request and review billing and medical record affidavits for accuracy
Schedule crucial litigation milestones, including mediations, depositions, and trial
E‑filing
Data entry
Drafting, reviewing, and mailing form letters
Creating templates for response to discovery in Microsoft Word
What We’re Looking For:
Managing and maintaining a caseload of 40‑60 cases with an A rating from clients, assigned attorney, and leadership
Ability to navigate seamlessly through various computer programs and software
Sense of urgency
Ability to distinguish between urgent and important tasks
Empathy
Strong attention to detail
Naturally prone to making detailed, thorough, and organized notes
Tenacity

$18.00‑$20.00 per Hour
