The Interim Recruiter will support full‑cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of construction and field‑based roles, including project management, engineering, safety, and pre‑construction positions. This consultant will partner closely with the TA team and hiring managers to manage the recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer, ensuring a high‑quality and efficient hiring process. The role will focus heavily on strategic sourcing, pipeline development, and stakeholder partnership, requiring strong expertise in identifying and engaging passive talent. Worksite Location: Hybrid – Minneapolis, MN. Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40-$50, DOE. Roles & Responsibilities

Own full‑cycle recruiting for construction and field‑based roles

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruiting strategies

Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools

Manage candidate pipeline from intake through offer and onboarding

Recruit for roles such as Project Managers, Project Engineers, Safety Directors, Scheduling Managers, and MEP-focused positions

Support hiring for specialized areas including mission critical, office/site construction, and data center projects

Collaborate with TA team members to align on hiring priorities and execution

Ensure a strong candidate experience through clear communication and follow‑through

Track and manage recruiting activity within Workday ATS

Required Skills & Experience

Proven full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally within construction or related industries

Experience recruiting for technical, field‑based roles (e.g., PMs, Engineers, Safety, Pre‑Con, MEP)

Strong sourcing capabilities and experience engaging passive candidates

Proficiency with ATS systems (Workday preferred)

Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to build trust and partner effectively with hiring managers and TA teams
