Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing assigned manufacturing-related equipment throughout the facility.
This role involves performing a wide variety of skilled work across multiple functions and operations within the preventive maintenance system.

Responsibilities
Perform maintenance service and repairs on assigned equipment.
Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, replace, and maintain existing mechanical systems and associated equipment including air compressors, air dryers, dehumidifiers, cooling towers, etc.
Facilitate and accurately follow specific detailed operational instructions and prints for jobs and setup operations.
Administer the preventive maintenance system and provide required reports.
Determine preventive maintenance requirements for new equipment and educate and train equipment operators to perform routine maintenance.
Maintain a safe and effective work area/environment and use appropriate personal protective and safety equipment.
Support the Facilities Function as needed.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and additional hours as necessary.
Essential Skills
Knowledge of maintenance technician functions.
Proficiency in hydraulics, mechanical, and pneumatics.
Experience with preventive maintenance and repair in a manufacturing environment.
Understanding of mechanical systems and electrical schematics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems.
Experience with air compressors, air dryers, dehumidifiers, and cooling towers.
