Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator on behalf of our client, a well-established company. This is an on-site opportunity based near Stratford, CT, open to both contract-to-hire or direct hire.
POSITION OVERVIEW

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working hands-on, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll play a key part in tracking inventory, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring accuracy across systems and physical counts. RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory verification
Maintain and update inventory records, resolving discrepancies as needed
Prepare documentation and reports related to inventory tracking
Support inventory audits and reporting efforts
Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks
Partner with internal teams to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in inventory, warehouse operations, or administrative support
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
Comfortable working in a warehouse or operational environment
Basic proficiency with Excel or inventory tracking systems
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position offers a starting pay rate of $25/hour, with flexibility for direct hire candidates and the potential for a full benefits package depending on employment type.
