Essential Responsibilities
Install and maintain various voice, data, security and VoIP communication systems and equipment.
Ensure work orders are completed by building on your customer service skills.
Drive to and from customer locations in a defined geographic area performing installation of services on behalf of our client.
Utilize a laptop computer and various software applications.
Qualifications
One to five years of experience working with Telecommunication networks or similar electrical fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working independently and a strong technical aptitude.
Experience working with Cisco systems or similar equipment manufacturers.
Work Conditions
Travel will be required with a company provided vehicle.
Home based dispatching role.
Physically demanding: sitting, standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, working at heights and in confined spaces, and all types of weather conditions as deemed safe.
Weekend and on-call work required as needed.
Compensation
$44,000.00 - $60,500.00. This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
