Key Responsibilities
Maximize and maintain the curb appeal of the property
Keep parking areas, sidewalks, planted areas, and lawns free of litter and obstructions
Assist with snow removal as required
Perform fall clean‑up, including raking leaves and protecting plants that need additional care
Help clean turnover apartments when needed
Assist Maintenance Technicians when needed
Communicate any issues requiring further attention to the Property Manager or Service Manager
Actively contribute to teamwork at both the property and company levels to support overall success
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
Positive attitude with a willingness to help where needed
