Position Overview
Responsible for managing freight routing, load assignments, and shipment tracking through Oregon-based systems. Atlanta candidates may participate in hybrid workflow sessions, while remote candidates are fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals independently manage operational responsibilities and assist with workflow improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Assign and track freight loads across multiple routes
Maintain accurate operational documentation and dispatch logs
Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays to drivers and internal teams
Monitor delivery timelines and ensure workflow accuracy
Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Collaborate with Oregon-based management to maintain operational alignment
Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
Time management and multitasking skills
Experience optional; full training provided
Work Environment
Hybrid and remote Oregon-based dispatch operations. Atlanta candidates may attend hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates fully supported.
