Position Overview
Responsible for freight routing, load planning, and dispatch workflow through Oregon-based systems. Key Responsibilities
Assign and track freight loads
Maintain operational records and dispatch logs
Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays
Monitor delivery timelines and ensure workflow compliance
Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Collaborate with Oregon-based management for alignment
Escalate operational conflicts as needed
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
Time management and multitasking skills
Experience optional; full training provided
Work Environment
Hybrid and remote Oregon-based dispatch operations. Denver candidates may attend hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates are fully supported.
