
Fleet Coordinator

Responsibilities
Maintain and administer the fleet database using internal and external data sources
Monitors and records fleet activities, track repairs, vehicle weight, and maintenance information, external rentals
Assist in monitoring of fuel card usage, verify charges when alerted through WEX
Ensure proper use of company issued fuel cards
Process vendor invoices for fuel cards, vehicles, maintenance, glass, decals, etc.
Ensure repairs and maintenance work is completed according to organization and industry standards
Coordinate with drivers and operations to ensure vehicle availability and delivery
Maintain titling, registration, inspections, and renewals of fleet vehicles
Provide reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance, and fleet progress
Assist with collection and maintenance of DOT documentation
Perform administrative duties, record keeping, filing, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned
Ensure all company vehicle policies are strictly upheld
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Must maintain an active, valid driver’s license
Must undergo and pass a DOT physical
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
Advanced organization and time management skills
Must be a team player and self-starter
Ability to effectively communicate with others, both written and verbal communication
Must be able to operate basic office equipment such as keyboard, computer, scanner/printer, use of phone, etc.
Ability to deliver and maintain customer service with external vendors and internal departments
Ability to be provide timely response, with an organized customer service attitude
Ability to present complex information to an audience
Mechanical aptitude is a plus
Understanding of DOT regulations and ELD use and operation
